As a former consumer health executive managing 8 Asian markets, I understand what it takes to be successful in the region. Gone are the days of easy growth in China. Southeast Asia is rising. Developed consumer markets such as Taiwan and Korea are looking for innovation to outcompete domestic competitors.
I am a Strategy & Operations professional with 9-year experience in FMCG expansion to 20+ countries in 4 continents (ANZ, UK, Europe, US, China combined with backgrounds in financial consulting and venture capital.
I firmly believe that a successful small business must grow out of its own home turf in the current economic environment. The results can be much rewarding than doing the same in one single market.
